What details does the occasional lease address statement contain?
Our statement contains the complete information required by a notary when signing an occasional lease. Our template is standardised to work for every notary.
Details of the statement signatory
First name, last name and PESEL number of the person making the statement, who consents to the tenant moving in.
Exact property address
Full property address — street, building and flat number, town, postcode — matching the land register records.
Land register number
The KW number enables verification in the publicly accessible ekw.ms.gov.pl system — the notary and parties to the agreement can check the legal status of the property.
Notarially certified or electronic signature
Depending on the package chosen: a notarially certified signature (required by most notary offices) or a qualified electronic signature.
Before signing the occasional lease, you must check the document to ensure all personal details are correct. You can also verify the property details via the KW number in the ekw.ms.gov.pl portal.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The price depends on the number of orders placed within the cooperation. For regular orders we can reduce the document cost to as low as 299 zl — instead of the standard 399 zl for an address with notarial certification. The more occasional lease agreements you handle, the better terms we can offer.
In practice, from as few as 10 orders a month, cooperation becomes noticeably cheaper than buying individual documents.
We offer two cooperation models.
First — referral: you recommend us to your clients, they place the order themselves, and you receive 50 zl back for each completed order through our partner programme.
Second — the most popular among real estate agents: you order occasional lease documents yourself for your client through our agent panel and include the service as part of your own offer. You can set your own margin and sell the document as an additional service alongside your rental transaction.
In practice, cooperation with us can be both a convenient addition to your offer and an extra revenue stream for your agency.
Standard turnaround is one business day — and in practice often faster. Orders placed in the first half of the day are fulfilled the same day, as we visit the notary around noon every day. The scan of the address statement arrives by email within 24 hours, and the original is sent via InPost to the chosen parcel locker.

Yes — citizens of other countries, including Ukraine and Belarus, can sign an occasional lease on the same terms as Polish citizens. The required documents are identical: the fallback address indication, the property owner's statement with a notarially certified signature and the tenant's statement of voluntary submission to enforcement (Art. 777) signed at a notary.
In practice, we will provide the fallback address for your foreign client too — within 24 hours, with no additional formalities on your side. If the tenant does not speak Polish, the notary conducts the procedure with an interpreter.

In the full package we prepare the address statement for the occasional lease, help gather the documents on the tenant's side (tenant's statement) and organise the notary appointment, who signs everything in accordance with the Tenant Rights Protection Act.
